Hola friends!

If there’s one thing we know how to do at Pocket, it’s throw a bloody good party.

Here’s how it works:

  • Bookings until 9.30pm on Monday through Thursday
  • Bookings until 7pm on Friday + Saturday
  • Bookings until 8pm on Sunday
  • Groups of 10-20 require a banquet menu pre order
  • Groups of 20-50 require a canape menu pre order

If you’ve got any specific requests / requirements, shoot us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Food Menu


Fresh Oysters half doz. 21 & full doz. 36
Locally sourced, freshly shucked rock oysters served either natural or with a classic mignoette (gf).

Wild Mushroom Arancinis
Locally sourced wild mushrooms cooked into a creamy risotto & rolled into crispy arancini balls (v). 10

Potted Ocean Trout
A light creamy mix of smoked trout & pernod, served with toasts and pickles. 12

Smoked Hot Wings
Smoked wings, fried til crisp & drenched in a bitey hot sauce, served w blue cheese dressing.12

Soft Shell Crab Slider
A whole crunchy soft-shelled crab in a warm bun with herbs and kimchi mayo. 12


Chipotle Beef Tacos (3)
Smokey, rich & spicey – classic pulled beef tacos. 18

Hot And Numb Squid
A spicey take on the classic – this squid is quick fried then tossed in salt, chilli & numbing szechaun pepper. Served with a cooling citrus dipping sauce. 18

Cheeseburger Spring Rolls (3)
Authentic NY cheese burgers dressed up as spring rolls, served hot with ketchup. 18


Polenta Fries
Creamy polenta fried and burried in parmesan cheese (v). 7

Traditional french fries dusted in a smoked salt 7, add $5 and get them loaded.

Quinoa Salad
A fluffy quinoa salad with mixed herbs, pommegrante seeds, dried cranberries & crumbed fetta (v/gf) 12

Green Apple Slaw
A classic cabbage slaw, freshened up with green apple & fennel (v/gf). 10

Zucchini & Parmesan Salad
Raw zucchini sliced & seasoned, tossed into into a salad with parmesan, herbs & peas (v/gf). 11


Chargrilled Snapper
A whole line-caught snapper chargrilled and served with an asian slaw and aromatic dressing. 33

Fried Chicken
Really damn good fried chicken served w/ kimchi mayo. 26

Cheese Burger
Our classic cheese burger – angus beef, plenty of cheese, mustard, secret sauce & only minimal rabbit food between a fluffy milk bun. 16

Caramelised Pork Hock
Slow cooked & caramelised chunk of pork hock served with pickled cucumber. 22

Flank & Kimchi
Grilled flank steak served pink with kimchi & burnt lemon. 25

Strawberry Swing
42 Below vodka,  fresh strawberries & basil leaves, spritzed with Chandon NV. 21

Devil’s Child
You can never go wrong with a Daiquiri. Many a bartender’s go-to drink, this one is a consistent go-to here. Bacardi Oro, Raspberry Redskin, lime, sugar, and a bit of heat to warm up your night?  18

Watermelon Martini
A long-time favourite, our simple and refreshing martini using 42 Below vodka, fresh watermelon chunks & kaffir lime. 19

Our take on the Moscow Mule; Grey Goose pear vodka, with rosemary, angostura bitters, lime juice & ginger beer. 21

Single White Female
A strong dose of local Moore’s Dry Gin and lemon sharpness with the sweetness of Mandarin and White Chocolate just under the surface. You may want to take this one out a second time. 18

Wicked Lady
Cures a wicked thirst; Cazadores Blanco tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, grapefruit soda & bitters. 19


This fresh, herbal twist on a Southside mixes local Erina Distillery, Botanica Gin with notes of saffron and spice from Yellow Chartreuse and our own house spiced honey syrup. Fresh lime juice and mint give it balance and zest. 19

Jade of Spring
Floral and Fruity notes dance across your palate and remind you of barefoot days as a kid in summer. Bombay Gin mixes with strawberries, violets, lemon, vanilla, and Lillet. 19

Mr Banks
It’s 6 o’clock somewhere and Mr. Banks is having some sherry and pie. Sweet and tart like a decadent cherry pie, this one uses 42 Below vodka, vanilla, cherries, lime, a touch of dry sherry and a drop of absinthe. 18

Mexican Verano
Does anything scream summer more than tequila, margaritas, and watermelon? This little number combines the best of all of the above, infusing Tequila with Tasmanian pepperberry and Grapefruit, Elderflower, basil, lime, and fresh watermelon juice! 18

A tiki style cocktail with Bacardi carta blanca, Suze gentian, dry orange liquor, orgeat syrup, grapefruit bitters, and pineapple & lime juice. 20

Flying Ramos
A twist on the “Ramos Gin Fizz”- Bombay Sapphire gin, maraschino, strawberry syrup, lemon juice, orange blossom, peach bitters & light cream. 18

Power Smash 

Bacardi carta blanca, falernum syrup, lime & ginger juice, mint leaves, ginger beer & a sprinkling of Angostura bitters for a minty & spicy long drink. 19

Smoking Rocket #2.0
A peaty + smoky combo of Ardbeg 10 and Mezcal, spiced up with green habanero, lime & honey, a fiery one! 20

Walking Dead
Bacardi Carta Oro & Bacardi Fuego, Pernod anise aperitif, bitters, Falernum & strawberry syrup, a seriously loaded mix. 19


Hunter S Thompson
Our Tribute to Hunter S. Thompson. Stiff and boozy, this negroni variation has tiki in its soul and isn’t afraid to keep the party going. Mount Gay rum brings notes of tropical fruits stirred down with local Hibscus tea from Montea Cristo, Cynar, a bit of coconut and just a pinch of salt to make it pop. 18

A don amongst brown drinks, Woodford Reserve bourbon, amaretto, coffee beans & a touch of honey. 19

No Money No Honey
Glenmorangie Original, Amaro Montenegro, Lillet blanc vermout and seasonned with Orange and Whiskey barrels bitters, punchy and delicate in the same time. 21

Dr Zeus
Hennessy vs Cognac, coffee liquor, Punt e Mes & sultanas, a rounded cocktail with dried fruit and coffee favours. 20
